My work is aimed at helping people facing various problems and difficulties in their lives. I am here to provide support, to help people experiencing anxiety, depression, separation, stress, etc., and to help people go through these difficulties more gently.

I am a practicing psychologist and a certified cognitive behavioral therapist

What does CBT mean?

Cognitive behavioral therapy is a therapeutic approach that attempts to identify and change negative and destructive thoughts and patterns of behavior.
It is based on the assumption that our actions, feelings, and thoughts are interconnected and that negative thinking patterns can cause psychological problems and the deterioration of our mental health.

What does REBT mean?

Rational emotive behavior therapy is an active, directive therapeutic approach, the purpose of which is to resolve behavioral and emotional problems and help people lead a happier life. We can't change the past, but we can try to change the way people behave, feel, and think in the present.

What does MMT mean?

Multimodal therapy is a therapeutic approach based on the premise that psychological problems are multi-faceted, multi-deterministic, and multi-layered, and that therapy requires careful consideration of seven mutual dimensions or "modalities". The seven are our actions and behavior, our emotions, our feelings, our imagination, our language thinking, our intimate and social relationships, as well as our body, lifestyle and medical problems.

Anxiety

There are many forms of anxiety, but they are all characterized by the fact that they can give you dark feelings that can be difficult to handle. I can help you better understand the anxiety you may be experiencing and deal with it in the best possible way.

Couple Therapy

When you live with another person, there will always be reasons for conflict. Because no matter how much we love each other, we have different characters and perceptions of the world. I can help you identify patterns that cause conflicts and improve your communication. I can also help couples go through a breakup or a divorce more gently.

Depression

Depression can be directly debilitating for a person. I can help you find the cause of your depression, and together we can find a way that will gradually lead you on a path out of your depression.

Eating Disorders

An eating disorder can be very depressing for a person. It can make you feel isolated. I can help you understand the reasons why you have developed an eating disorder and give you the tools to control it and possibly gradually get rid of it.

Life Crisis

All people face what we call a "life crisis" at one time or another in their lives. There may be many reasons why we get into such a crisis, for example, the death of a close relative, divorce or a life-threatening illness. In any case, it is important that you realize you have a life crisis and take care of it. How you deal with it is critical to your mental health for the rest of your life. I can help you find a way to move forward in your life.

Stress

You should not ignore a situation in which you have been stressed for too long. If the stress that you have experienced is ignored, then it can cause both physical and mental health problems in your life. So let me help you find a way out of stress.
